Out-of-Office Auto-Reply
Sometimes you're unable to monitor your emails and you want emails that come in to automatically reply to the sender.
1. Log into webmail at oulook.office.com using your email username UCLAloginID@ucla.edu when it states to enter your "email address, phone number, or username".
2. Click on the Gear in the top right corner.
3. Select Mail -> Automatic Replies and your time period (if you want it turned on and off automatically). If you wish, you can also choose a customized message in Senders Outside My Organization if the auto-reply message differs for senders outside your organization. Otherwise you can copy the message to that field so that senders outside UCLA will receive an auto-reply message as well.
4. Click Save to keep your changes.
