Common issue with installing the printers
If you have an aggressive antivirus program installed (McAfee, Norton, etc.), the installer may be blocked from working correctly. You'll see a message that certain parts of the installer failed. The solution to this is to pause the active scanning or live scanning of your antivirus. Most let you disable this for a short time (15 minutes, etc.). If you don't know how to do this for your specific antivirus program please find official documentation from the website of the antivirus program. Once you've turned off the scanning feature try reinstalling the printers.
