Slack: Anderson Slack Workspace
The Anderson Slack workspace is available on the UCLA Grid: ucla.slack.com for all returning students. You will be authenticating using your UCLA Logon ID Single-Sign-On credentials (i.e. what you use for Bruin Learn, myUCLA etc.).
New students can join the Anderson slack workspace by logging in to ucla.slack.com and requesting access to the Anderson workspace.
To access the following workspaces:
The UCLA Workspace can be accessed by logging in to ucla.slack.com. An invitation from an Anderson Slack administrator is not needed.
Within the UCLA Community workspace you can request access to the Anderson workspace by:
- From the left-hand drop-down menu go to add workspaces>
- Select Find more University of California, Los Angeles workspaces>
- Select UCLA Anderson workspace>
- Request Access. If approved, access will be granted
What to expect now:
- You will now be able to login to the workspace using UCLA Logon through the workspace URL or the UCLA Community at ucla.slack.com (i.e. the same credentials you use for Bruin Learn, myUCLA etc.)
- This workspace will be accessible within the Grid along with any other UCLA workspaces you are a member of.
- You will now be able to direct message (DM) any UCLA Community member, which includes students and all non-Health faculty and staff.
- Your workspace will now be able to have channels shared with other UCLA workspaces. For the best experience, Slack recommends you are using the latest version of their apps.
