UCLA is now offering 1Password—a secure password manager—to all Anderson staff, faculty, students, and departments at no cost. 1Password is replacing the previous LastPass service and is available for both business and personal use.
How to Request Your Account

Sign up directly through central campus:
Visit https://ociso.ucla.edu/1password-signup and register using your Anderson email address to create your business account.

Set up your personal access:
After creating your business account, invite your personal email addressas a family member.-
Why? This ensures you maintain access to your personal items after graduation or when leaving Anderson.

Account Eligibility & Duration
- Each staff member, faculty, and student is entitled to one business account (under the
ucla-anderson or ucla subdomain).
- Your business account remains active only while you are an active employee or student at Anderson.

Keep business and personal passwords separate.
- Business accounts will be deactivated when your Anderson affiliation ends—personal accounts will remain active if registered as a family account.
- Do not store university or confidential Anderson information in your personal account.
Privacy & Support

Your privacy is protected:
ACIS and IT support staff do not have access to the passwords in your private vaults.
