Proctoring Exams Using Zoom
1. Using your UCLA provided zoom account, https://ucla.zoom.us/, open and host a new meeting. This can also be done through the Zoom application.
2. Turn your video on, and make sure you do not have any virtual backgrounds or video filters. Your environment should be fully visible.
3. Enable your microphone by clicking on the unmute button.
4. Click on “Share Screen” and make sure you select “Desktop” to share your whole screen.
5. Select, Record to Cloud, to record the meeting.
6. Open your exam and begin.
7. When you are finished with your exam, stop the recording.
8. Locate the zoom recording in your zoom portal and attain the sharable link and password. You will also receive an email from zoom with this information. Please refer to course instructions on how to submit this cloud recording link and password.
